LAUNCH · New brands, ventures and IP

Ventures,
packaged to launch.

Apex Ventures builds new brands, product lines and businesses the way a studio packages a film: the idea or IP, the operators to build it, the partners to distribute it and the capital partners to back it, brought together into one venture.

Studio delivery and Agency relationships, together.
Structures set per venture, in writing.

Who we build with

Partners who
want to build.

Ventures work best when every side brings something real. We build with a small group of partners, and with established companies that have decided to launch something new.

01 · VERTICAL OPERATORS

Companies that own a category.

Operators with deep roots in a vertical, ready to launch new brands, products or markets with a partner who can build and sell.

02 · DISTRIBUTION & FINANCING

Partners who move product and capital.

Distributors, retailers and financing companies looking for ventures worth carrying and worth funding.

03 · INVESTORS

Investors who want more than a check.

Ambitious investors who want their capital behind a model that builds, sells and launches, with senior operators in the room. Apex introduces capital partners and helps prepare; it does not raise capital or give investment advice.

How Ventures works

Every venture
is a package.

In film, a package brings the script, the director and the cast together so the studio can say yes. We do the same for a business.

Most new ventures have one strong piece: a product, a brand, a budget. We bring the missing pieces in, so the venture launches with everything it needs.

IP
The idea, product or IP: a new brand, a product line, or technology and data sitting unused on someone’s balance sheet.
Operators
The senior people who build and run it, from the Accelerator Studio and our network.
Distribution
Partners and channels to sell it, opened through the Agency.
Capital
Financing and investment partners, introduced and prepared for.

Put together, the package makes it easier for every partner to say yes, and it gets stronger with each venture we launch.

Where ventures come from

Something worth
launching.

The best ventures start with something real: a product ready for a new market, IP with value beyond its first use, or a category you already know better than anyone.

NEW BRAND

Launch the next brand.

You might be here because:

  • A new product line or brand is ready, but the team and partners aren’t.
  • You want to test a new business without distracting the core one.
  • The launch is approved and funded, and there’s no team to take it to market.
IP SPIN-OUT

Put unused IP to work.

You might be here because:

  • You own technology, data or a brand that could stand on its own.
  • Something you built for yourself could serve a whole market.
  • A licensing or alliance opportunity needs a plan to become real.
NEW MARKET

Take it somewhere new.

You might be here because:

  • There’s a market you know you should be in.
  • A partner could take you there, with the right structure.
  • You need distribution and financing lined up before you commit.

How ventures are structured

Every venture
is different.

Per venture
Equity, licensing or revenue-share structures are set for each venture and agreed in writing.
Room to grow
Structures leave real upside for the operators who run the venture and the investors who come next.
Dedicated
Each venture gets its own named team, not people borrowed from client work.
Capital
We introduce capital partners and help you prepare. We don’t raise capital or give investment advice.

Equity lives here. Accelerator Studio and Agency work don’t take equity.

How it works

Package first.
Then launch.

Ventures start the way every Apex relationship does: a conversation, then real work together before anything gets complicated.

Hands mapping connected work on a planning table
  1. 01

    Start with a conversation.

Bring the idea, IP or market. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth building, and whether we’re the right people to build it with.

  2. 02

    Build the package.

We work out what the venture needs and who belongs in it: operators, distribution, capital. Often we work on it together before anything is formal.

    Package before paperwork
  3. 03

    Launch and grow.

The Studio builds it, the Agency opens the deals and partners bring reach and capital. Then we keep building, together.

The rest of Apex

One relationship.
Three divisions.

Not for everyone.

We take on a few ventures at a time, and choose partners as carefully as they choose us.

Who we work with ↗

Senior people do the work.

Apex is new. Our people aren’t. The people you meet are the people who build it.

What’s worth
launching next?

Bring the idea, IP or market you want to launch, or the capital and reach you want to put behind one. If it’s worth packaging, we’ll tell you who belongs in it.

Apex introduces capital partners and helps prepare; it does not raise capital or give investment advice.
