Who we are

This policy covers apexglobalagency.com, the website of Apex Global Agency LLC (“Apex Global”, “we”, “us”). It explains what personal information the website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

What you send us. The website has no accounts, sign-ups, forms or payments. If you email us, we receive what you choose to put in that email. If you book a fit call, the booking page is run by Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and anything you write, and passes them to us.

What your browser sends automatically. Like every website, this one receives technical information when a page loads: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records this in server logs. The pages’ fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of request.

Analytics. We use two tools to understand how visitors use the website: which pages are read, how people arrive, and roughly where they are and what device they use. Both also record when someone clicks a fit-call button or an email link, and which part of the page it was in.

• Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies. It tells visits apart with a code made from the request, which Vercel discards within 24 hours.
• Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, lasting up to two years) and processes the data on our behalf. Google signals and Google’s advertising features are turned off. You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Performance. Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load and respond on visitors’ devices: the page, device type and timing figures. It sets no cookies.

What we don’t collect. The website runs no advertising trackers, and analytics data is not used to target ads.

How we use it

• To answer your message and continue the conversation you started.
• To understand which pages help visitors, and improve the website.
• To keep the website running, secure and free of abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

• Service providers that run the website, bookings and email, such as Vercel (hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights), Google (Analytics and fonts), Cal.com (bookings) and our email provider, only as needed to provide their service.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Emails and booking details are kept for as long as the conversation or any resulting work continues, and then only as long as needed for legal or business records. Server logs, Web Analytics and Speed Insights data are kept by Vercel under its own retention schedule. Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months after a visitor’s last visit and then deletes it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and residents of other places may have similar rights under their own laws. You will not be treated differently for making a request. To make one, email hello@apexglobalagency.com from the address the request concerns. We may need to confirm it is you before acting.

Children

The website is meant for business readers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

The pages link to other websites, including the Cal.com booking page, chrisbonic.com, partner websites and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top. Questions about it go to hello@apexglobalagency.com.
